Updated Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions

​Hello! As of December 31, 2022, the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions have been updated to reflect minor changes. Some parts have been simplified or clarified for what I use now. Click the read more to see what's changed.

The largest additions are:
Terms and Conditions #2 has been amended to include two parts: A and B. A is the original clause and B contains new conditions.
 
B. Content Use in any kind of Artificial Intelligence is Prohibited
Kilian Grey prohibits any content (images, books, text, etc.) on this website to be used for any kind of AI (artificial intelligence, machine learning, etc.) training, inputting, testing, etc. You agree that you will not mine, scrape, collect or use the content uploaded to this website or Kilian Grey’s content from third-party websites where they upload their works, in any AI (artificial intelligence, machine learning, etc.) as stated above. No exceptions.

There are some important changes to the Conduct (#5) in the terms and conditions section as well.
5. Conduct
By using the contact box or contacting Kilian Grey via email you agree to be civil. You agree to not be obscene, engage in threats or hateful, discriminatory actions or phrases, or doxing (this also includes demanding or asking Kilian Grey to reveal any kind of personal information such as sexual orientation, name, location, etc.). Emails that contain any of these will be either reported or ignored. Links sent to Kilian Grey may not be opened and must be free of software viruses, not be SPAM (i.e. commercial solicitation) or political campaigns or anything obscene, engage in threats or hateful, discriminatory actions or phrases, or doxing in nature.
 
Updates for either the Privacy Policy or Terms and Conditions will continue to be posted via this NEWS blog for this website.
