General Questions
Which social media are you most active on? [UPDATED 6/21/2020]
I am most active on Instagram in terms of posting. I post on Goodreads and Twitter every now and then. For a more in depth look at how I interact with social media, please see this blog post.
Other accounts I hold are on the About page, but I do not frequent them as much or they are for other ideas in the future.

Why do you not have a Facebook account? [UPDATED 7/17/2019]
I have never been very comfortable with Facebook ever since it came out. (This makes me sound old. LOL!) It’s a lot of personal information for me to put out there just to make a fan page or group. Maybe in the future I will have one, but no promises or guarantees.
July 8, 2019 - UPDATE
I have been attempting to make an account. So far its not working out, but I am still trying. I will update this again if it works out, if it doesn't then I won't have an account. I apologize in advance if it is your main social account - I keep breaking it. It's been a really frustrating process for me.
July 17, 2019 - UPDATE
Still no luck. I'm stuck so once I can get a fix, I will be deactivating it. I had not anticipated it to be so difficult so I will stick to Instagram and Twitter. If you somehow find the account, please do not message me there. I am unable to respond. Thank you!

Are fanworks (fan fiction, fan art, accessories, prints, etc) ok?
As long as these works are not sold, fanworks of my series are a-okay! Have fun, but remember fanworks must not be sold. I am making artwork (etc.) for my series too! I have multiple designs for my series/worlds and these designs may carry different interpretations of the characters/world/series from others or even similar ones. Fan art allows readers to see the characters they wish to see them and that is ok. Fan art of any kind/type must not make claims of being official or compete with my official artwork for a series/world/characters (aka selling it).
+Fan Fiction
I cannot read any fanfiction for legal reasons (sorry!), but I do encourage people to have fun with fanworks, just don't sell them in any way.

My review won't post to Amazon! What do I do? [UPDATED 10/23/2018]
Sometimes Amazon has bad update days where everything gets a bit weird on their site. I asked Amazon about what to do when a reader cannot post a review and they gave me the response below! If anyone is having this problem please contact Amazon - they should be able to assist you. (Goodreads is most likely similar, Contacting a librarian is probably the best course of action!)
Amazon's response:
"To protect the privacy of our customers, we do not share information about specific reviews with anyone other than the customer who posted it. If a customer contacts you about their inability to submit [a] review, please ask them to write to community-help@amazon.com. We can help the customer about the situation."

Are you willing to send out copies of your books for reviews? [UPDATED 11/16/2019]
No, not at this time. I am still working out the logistics of this. Thank you for your interest! I really appreciate it.
Why do you write male protagonists?
The answer is simple: I write books with male protagonists because I identify more with them. Will I write books with female leads at some point? Probably, but as of right now, I am more comfortable writing male protagonists.
Why do you not state what part of the LGBTQA+ community you are?
Personal choice. I've lived my life without it. I didn't even know what I was existed until well into my late twenties. I just figured I was weird among my peers and let it go. Its great knowing I'm not weird and there are others. Lastly, there's also the fact I've only told a few people and only my mother knows in my family. So, I ask that my privacy/choice be respected. I do write characters that represent me and always will.
I'm hosting a giveaway. Would you be interested in participating?
If you think my book(s) are a good match for your giveaway, I'd love to hear about it. Feel free to shoot me an email via the contact page. I may or may not have some stock/bookish goods to donate.
Where do you get your 3D mock ups?
I made most of my mocks up using DIY covers, Cover Vault, and placeIt. My cover artist also provided me some as part of their design service. If I use any others in the future they will be added here as well. (These also appear on Zurr Sol and social media sites I use.)
You mentioned a new writing process on your blog. What is it?
My new process for writing a series is to write it all at once.
It suits the way my brain functions with larger plots, but this also means it will take longer for newer series to launch. But! This means that when the series is ready, book 1 will move into publishing and should, hopefully, mean books can come out closer together (budget willing).
Depending on the series, some side stories will come out alongside the main series or will come out sporadically once the main story is completed.

Deity Rising Questions (L-Project)
How many books will Deity Rising be?
The main story (Deity Rising) will be anywhere from 3-6 books at this time. It depends on where the characters take me if it expands past 3 books.
There are more books that will be in this world with some being companion novels in the future. Other characters have demanded their voices be heard too! These books may have different arcs/titles, not quite sure yet, but we’ll be in Alimphis for a while.

If you purchased Legacy: Deity Rising Book 1 before July 17, 2019, there is a manual update for your eBook file. The update takes care of some minor errors within the text (random underline, an extra word, a missing word, minor POV fixes, a few typos, etc).

Will Legacy be a part of Matchbook pricing on Amazon? - No longer available
Yes! If you buy the paperback edition of Legacy on Amazon, you can buy the ebook at a discounted price.
Why does Legacy not have a universal book link? [UPDATED 6/21/2020] - No longer available
I will implement a universal book link once the paperback is available. A universal link will tap a user’s location to direct them to the closest Amazon page in their region. There is also a bit of updating to the privacy policy once I enact this link to meet EU standards.
Update: 6/21/2020
New link will be made soon.

Does Deity Rising Book Two have a release date?
If all goes well with revisions/editing/cover/etc., book two could be released mid-August or September 2019. There is not exact date yet. You can watch for updates on my Twitter/Instagram and of course, you can check back here for any updates! (I'm working hard I promise!)
Does Deity Rising Book Three have a release date? [UPDATED 6/21/2020]
Thank you so much for liking Deity Rising! Deity Rising Book 3 will release in July 2020.
Why was/is Deity Rising being relaunched?
I had to make this difficult decision when my previous cover artist went out of business with no warning. It not only left me without a cover for Deity Book Three, but it made it so I could not do a second edition of Legacy: Deity Rising Book One with a glossary and character index as I have no access to the previous cover to expand the spine for the print edition.

Terrwyn's Curse Questions (R-Project)
What is R-Project?
R-Project is a place holder name that also refers to Terrwyn’s Curse. It’s also what I use to keep myself organized (files-so many files…). The term R-Project will still be used in the same way I used L-Project to refer to Deity Rising.
What’s Terrwyn’s Curse’s release date?
What is Terrwyn’s Curse about?
More information will be uploaded closer to a release date.
MP Project Questions (formerly the Blood Crisis series)
What’s happening with the Blood Crisis Series? [UPDATED 11/16/2019]
In short, this series is on hiatus until further notice. Please see this blog post for a more in-depth answer.
November 16, 2019 - UPDATE
I spent the first half of NaNoWriMo working through the plot for this series and it still needs more time to simmer, but the worldbuilding is nearly complete! It is a massive undertaking and I want to tell this story properly and I have a notebook to keep track of all the changes I have in mind.
