Update Available for Legacy (ebook) on Amazon

​If you purchased Legacy before or early on September 10, 2018, there is a manual update for your ebook file. The update takes care of some minor errors within the text (random underline, an extra word, etc). (Learn how by clicking “Read More.”)

How to Update: Option 1

1. Navigate to Amazon
2. Hover over your account: “Hello (yourAmazonName), Accounts and Lists”
3. Locate and click: “Your Content and Devices”
4. Locate Legacy (Deity Rising Book 1) in your list of content. “Update Available” should appear as a button near it.
5. Click the “Update Available” button and follow the onscreen prompt’s instructions to ensure your notes, highlights, etc. remain.
6.  Click “Update” and you are all done. A blue banner with “New” on it will appear on your Legacy book on your device.

 
How to Update: Option 2
Locate your “Manage Your Content and Devices” from your account page and follow steps 4-6 above.
 
How to Update: Kindle Unlimited Edition
If you have not returned your Kindle Unlimited borrow yet, the update will be automatic.
 
How to Update: Kindle Owner’s Lending Library Edition
Those that downloaded will not receive the update. (Sorry!) Amazon has not perfected this process yet.
